Shipping
- We ship to every province and territory in Canada. All prices are in CAD.
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Large or oversized items such as hoods, seats and tracks may take longer.
- Free shipping on parts orders over $199 (before taxes) within Canada. Smaller orders are charged a flat or calculated rate at checkout.
- You will get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Remote areas can take longer.
Returns on new parts
- Return unused parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Electrical parts cannot be returned once installed or opened.
- Special-order items may carry a restocking fee. We tell you before you buy.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong part or it arrived damaged.
Returns on used parts
- Used parts are graded A, B or C and described in each listing.
- If a used part is not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
- Used parts are sold as-is once installed.
Damaged or wrong item
Take photos of the box and the part and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right.
